Captain Andy Dixon has over 20 years of experience in Maritime Operations including Client Rep, Port Manager & WTIV Senior Officer. Andy has worked among the largest Offshore Wind projects in Europe.
ARNO KRANZ
Experienced as Master Mariner, Offshore Superintendent, Works Manager, Commissioning Manager and as an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).
Starting his career with Dredging and subsea Rock Installation, with two decades of experience in the Offshore Industry. The last decade was focused on Offshore-Wind as Chief Officer on windmill installation vessels and cable and pipe-pull installation vessels. Later in function Superintendent, OIM and Client Representative on wind farms across Europe.
BOUDEWIJN VERSLUIJS
Commercial, Tendering, Business Development in Transport & Installation, Offshore Heavy Lifting, Decommissioning and W2W.
Boudewijn has (commercial) experience in Offshore Contracting and Offshore Equipment. He was involved in large offshore T&I and Decommissioning projects and is currently involved in W2W projects. Boudewijn has a track record in identifying new business, securing contracts, developing commercial- and tender strategies.

JACOB VISSER
COLIN ATKINSON
QHSE professional with 25 years experience in heavy industry, construction and offshore.
Colin has worked worldwide as an Auditor, Adviser, Manager and Consultant. He has contributed to some fantastic projects in the Construction, Offshore and Energy sectors in the past. In working across the world Colin has created valuable connections and skills through good communication and performance. Colin will be supporting ESP Renewables with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental consultation.
EELKE DEN OTTER
Experienced Manager and Consultant with a demonstrated history working in Renewables, Maritime and Oil & Energy.
Eelke is highly skilled in HSE Management Systems, HSE auditing, Maritime Safety and Hazard Identification. Strong business development professional with a Safety and Security degree, HVK i.o, DLP, NEBOSH IGC. Certified as European Occupational Safety and Health Manager.
ELBERT WERVERS
Project manager and maintenance engineer in high- and medium voltage (renewable) energy projects, on- and offshore.
Despite his mechanical engineering background, Elbert started in the electrical power sector 11 years ago and has worked there since. He is highly experienced in construction management and setting up maintenance plans for the operational phase. His ability to effectively communicate on all levels makes him an all-around project manager and maintenance engineer.
ERIC SCHIPPERS
Eric brings over 20 years of experience in the HSE field in the oil/gas/chemical industry and building industry.
Building the link between plans/programs and the people who have to execute the work in the field is one of the most critical skills Eric can bring to a project to ensure compliance and injury prevention. Eric is also an event construction officer for the Royal Dutch Navy as a reservist for over 25 years.
FRANK BERRENS
Frank is a consultant, project director & general manager with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
With this vast experience in various management teams in shipping and other transport-related companies, Frank directed many challenging maritime projects worldwide – often at the verge of technical possibilities – to successful closure. His further 14 years as master and officer in the Merchant Navy gave him a broad range of experience in cargo shipping, offshore, salvage, towage, dredging, cruising and specifically heavy lift shipping.
GERKO SPIJKER
Gerko is an experienced Consultant and Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & gas and renewable energy industry.
Gerko is professionally skilled in Operations Management, Transport & Installation, (Offshore) Construction, Site Management of OWF, Offshore Wind Engineering, Subsea Engineering, Cable Installation. Gerko is currently working as consultant for Vattenfall on the Construction of Hollandse Kust Zuid OWF as Site & Operationsmanager (after working for the Installation Contractors (DEME, Boskalis) for more than 20 years) with a Bachelor degree in Land, Water & Environmental Management.
HARMEN WIJNJA
Harmen started his career in the shipping industry as maritime engineer and moved forward from hands-on engineer to Chief engineer and into Ship Management.
After 30 years, he made the step from merchant shipping to the renewable energy sector and worked as site manager for offshore wind farms. He has been involved in construction, contract negotiation and execution, wind farm Operation & Maintenance (end of warranty- and intermediate inspections, turbine performance and efficiency, blade maintenance, asset management in general) and related vessel management.
JACOB VISSER
Commissioning, operation and maintenance in offshore wind farms, with electrical safety as the highest priority during any activity.
Jacob has worked as an Electrical engineer specialising in the wind industry with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering representing organisations including Global Tech I, Vattenfall, EWE, Gemini and Otary in commissioning or O&M.
JAN-WELLM DERKSEN
Senior Operations & Maintenance Engineer with 20 years of global experience in wind projects, onshore and offshore project support.
Jan-Wellm is a Senior O&M Manager/Engineer who is familiar with most aspects of wind energy projects On-and Offshore; Experience within project management tasks in Operation and Maintenance, SCADA, Grid connection issues, Turbine completion works, Commissioning and wind farm validation and reliability testing.
JED MAWSON
Industry-leading Health and Safety Executive Manager in Offshore Wind.
Jed Mawson is an HSE Manager specialising in the offshore wind industry. Jed has led HSE departments throughout the development, construction and operation of some of the worlds most significant wind parks.
JEFF JEFFERSON
Jeff is a highly qualified health and safety professional with 20 years of expertise in all things offshore.
Starting his career in onshore oil and gas construction and working alongside some of the world’s largest organisations (BP, Conoco, Shell and Maersk,) exposed Jeff to some of the highest standards in HSE expected on onshore/offshore construction. Moving forward Jeff transferred his skills to the renewable sector. Working with the world leader in offshore wind turbine supply, Jeff has been involved in the construction/execution of many of the biggest offshore wind farms in the world. Working at all levels throughout the safety role, from Advisor, Lead Advisor, HSE Manager and client HSE Engineer Jeff has gained invaluable experience in the safe execution of offshore wind farms across Europe.
JESSE DON
Consultant in safety management. A Certified Safety Manager (HVK/EurOSHM) and Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).
Over the past decade, Jesse has worked in several roles including HSE manager, Operations & Maintenance Engineer and Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) within the offshore wind industry.

Lisette is the heart of ESP Renewables and runs our daily operations, keeping everyone on track and organised.
Lisette comes from a fast-paced fashion retail background where she worked many years as a buyer and product developer. Lisette has travelled around the world and developed invaluable commercial and creative skills that she brings to ESP Renewables.
PAUL MILLAR
European Health and Safety specialist in onshore/offshore windfarm construction.
Paul is a Health and Safety specialist working within the UK and European market of offshore windfarm construction. Through detailed design and execution, Paul has been involved with a number of projects falling under UK CDM legislation while managing complex EPCI delivery on behalf of his Clients extending to the management of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor responsibilities onshore and offshore.
